We ship orders from Belgium using Bpost.

• Belgium: €5 flat rate, free shipping for orders above €100.

• Netherlands & France: €10 flat rate, free shipping for orders above €100.

• Other EU countries: €18 flat rate, free shipping for orders above €100.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (2–5 business days within EU).
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. MELO Studio is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
